How to Use Bonus Points

Every dollar you spend gives you a point back that you can use later on.   It’s the way we reward you for taking care of your smile and encourage you to come back and invest more into those pearly whites!   After your first purchase, you will be able to use your bonus points towards future purchases by converting them to a gift certificate.

In order to accumulate bonus points you need to be a registered user of the site (If you didn’t create a login and password and just checked out anonymously when you placed your order, then it won’t work).   The bonus points are basically a benefit of being a member.

The process works as follows:

  Conversion of accumulated bonus points to a gift certificate:

1.       On the welcome page under the "Your Cart" frame (on your right) click on "bonuses"

2.       Login on the "Authentication" screen with your username and password

3.       On the "Bonuses" screen click on the "Convert to Gift Certificate" button - the total value of the gift certificate is $0.50 times the number of bonus points you have.

4.       Follow instructions to email the gift certificate to anyone of your choice (you could email the certificate to yourself, for example).
 

Using a gift certificate:

1.       Add all items you want to purchase into your shopping cart and proceed to "Checkout" by clicking the checkout button – You can’t use the Google Checkout Button (the savings don’t transfer over with google checkout) so please click the “checkout” button.

2.       On the "Shipping and Payment" screen choose the "Gift Certificate" payment method.

3.       On the "Payment Details" screen, add the gift certificate number that
you received in your email from SuperDentalStore (note: make sure
that you type in just the gift certificate number - no leading/trailing spaces/tabs or it won’t work and click "Submit order"

4.       If the total cost of items in your shopping cart exceeds the value of
your gift certificate you are taken to a screen asking you for an alternate method of payment for the difference.  Please choose one of the options (credit card, paypal etc.) and proceed to pay the difference.

5.       After payment goes through, you will be taken to a confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email.   You have successfully transferred your bonus point credits to your new invoice and received some very high value products at a lower fee.
